1. General Provisions

bdjl is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdjl ("Platform", "we", "us") and registered members ("you", "user").

3. Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or from the same device or network, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. If any of your details change, notify us through support right away.

3.3 Contact Information

The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active. This contact information is used for OTP verification, important notifications, and password recovery.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. bdjl will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, notify our 24/7 live chat support immediately.

Sharing account access with any other person is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Unless unauthorised activity can be proven, all such activity will be considered valid.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bdjl is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. The same methods apply: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Identity verification may be required before processing large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals may be delayed if the required documents are not submitted or if there are discrepancies in the information provided.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

New members on bdjl can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To use this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning the bonus funds must be used in bets 10 times before they can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering.

• Attempting to claim a bonus by creating multiple accounts
• Requesting a withdrawal without meeting the bonus conditions
• Detection of manipulative betting or bonus abuse
• Attempting to claim a promotional benefit by providing false information

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze level, 0.7% at Silver level, and 1.0% at Gold level on weekly net losses.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

All betting and gaming activities will be governed by the latest rules displayed on the platform. bdjl's decisions are final — particularly in cases of technical errors or disputes. We reserve the right to void any bet where an abnormal situation arises due to a technical issue.

7.2 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win amount may be set for certain games or bets. This limit will be stated on the relevant game or event page. If a technical error causes a win to appear beyond this limit, only the set limit amount will be paid out.

7.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds may change before an event ends. The odds shown at the time a bet is accepted are considered final. In the case of any dispute arising from internet delays during live betting, the server's record will take precedence.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjl platform. If detected, the account may be terminated and legal action may be taken:

• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Unauthorised attempts to access the platform's systems or conducting cyber attacks
• Stealing another user's account information or using it through fraudulent means
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotions or bonuses
• Syndicate betting or placing bets based on predetermined outcomes
• Unauthorised collection or distribution of the platform's interface or data

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bdjl reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for investigative purposes. The balance will remain safe during the investigation, but withdrawals may be temporarily held.

In cases of breach of these Terms, an account may be permanently terminated and any bonus balance at the time may be forfeited. However, legitimately deposited funds will be returned, unless they are connected to fraudulent activity.

Users may also voluntarily close their account. In that case, please contact the support team. If pending wagering requirements are not met before the account is closed, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

10. Limitation of Liability

bdjl provides a technical service but accepts no liability for the following:

• Disruption to a betting or gaming session due to internet disconnection
• Any loss caused by a problem with the user's device
• Loss caused by delays or failures of third-party payment providers
• Account information being exposed due to user negligence

We are committed to maintaining service quality, but the service may be temporarily interrupted due to server maintenance or unforeseen technical reasons.
